Acacia MWA Ceph upgrades

We plan to upgrade the RADOS Gateway (RGW) component of the Acacia MWA Ceph cluster to Squid 19.2.3 in line with the recent upgrades of the rest of the cluster. During this period the S3 endpoint may become unavailable for a few minutes at a time. MWA have been contacted and are aware of the work.
