All Pawsey services have been returned to service except for the Visualisation Lab and Nebula nodes.
Setonix has been upgraded to SLES 15 SP7.
The default software environment on the quantum partition has been updated to CUDA 13. For software that was built against CUDA 12, or if you encounter CUDA-related errors such as imports, linking, or undefined references, please try loading the CUDA 12 module with the module load cuda/12 command.

Maintenance will be carried out on Pawsey systems on Tuesday the 7th July to apply required patches and updates to improve the systems stability, security, and performance. This maintenance window will also be used to undertake other tasks which require down-time to achieve.
Planned work for this window includes:
• Pawsey Firewalls will be updated to apply security fixes.
• Mediaflux server will have the latest bug and security fixes from Rocky Linux.
• Mediaflux will be upgraded.
• Patching of visualisation services will be undertaken.
• Acacia Projects and Ingest clusters upgrade to Ceph 19.
• Banksia will have ScoutAM and ScoutFS updates applied.
• Banksia's fibre channel switches will have a firmware update.
• Banksia's servers will have the latest bug and security fixes from Rocky Linux.
• Patching of core Pawsey services will be undertaken.
• The ASKAP ingest cluster will be upgraded to SLES 15 SP7.
• ASKAP Buffer will have drive firmware applied.
• Setonix will be upgraded to SLES 15 SP7. The scientific software stack will be unchanged and default Cray Programming Environment will remain the same, however the AMD GPU driver will be updated to support SLES 15 SP7.
