The field engineer has completed the hardware replacement and the second library is back online.

There’s a problem with a tape drive in one of the tape libraries connected to Banksia. The field engineer will fix it by taking out the drives, replacing the faulty one, and putting everything back.

This is not expected to impact operations as there are two tape libraries at Pawsey - each library contains one copy of the data Banksia holds.
